Terms

All orders will be processed within 1 week of being placed if being shipped via First Class Mail. Orders that have Priority Mail selected as the shipping method will be shipped the next business day.

 

Orders that have a merchandise price less than $5 will receive an additional fee of $2 and will be shipped via First Class Mail.

 

Orders over $5 in merchandise will only receive an additional fee of $1 and will be shipped via First Class Mail.

 

Any order placed that has Priority Mail as the selected method of shipping will only cost the flat rate to ship via USPS

 

Any order placed that may require a quote the option of UPS is also available to the customer.

 

Any insurance request will require a quote request to perform otherwise only Priority Mail will have $100 of insurance.

 

Any issues with an order must be reported ASAP, depending on the complaint, mistake, or issue either a full refund, partial refund, or a coupon code will be provided to the buyer. All refund requests are refused if the order is 1 month or older as of the date that the order was placed. Returns are not accepted unless a specific issue regarding the order that is the fault of Cinco Uno Dos Bricks is the reason for the request. And those requests can still be denied if it is determined that Cinco Uno Dos Bricks was not liable for the issue. If you received the incorrect package the shipping label will be provided to the buyer to ship back to the seller and a full refund will be provided if the original order cannot be provided to the buyer. If your order has not arrived or arrived damaged we will not provide refunds unless your order was insured.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for the following reasons...

 

    If a customer is requesting lower prices for our services.

 

    If we have insufficient stock (Please refer to the bottom for this policy in detail).

 

    If payment has been denied by Paypal or if the customer requests a refund through Paypal and not directly through BrickOwl

 

    If the customer's name and address are incorrectly entered (I attempt to locate the correct address but if I'm unable I will cancel).

 

    If the customer has a negative feedback rating.


 

Refunds and Cancellations

For any mistake made by Cinco Uno Dos Bricks where a refund is appropriate a full refund of the product or order will be provided to the customer if they request that option. If the customer requests to cancel an order before the order is packed and shipped then a full refund will not be provided and only the amount received after Paypal or Stripe fees were deducted will be refunded. Any requests to cancel can be denied past the packing point or if any action has been taken to begin shipment.

 

If you place multiple orders within seconds, minutes, hours, or days, I will ship them all together to save on materials if I have not already packed the order.

 

Large orders do take longer to pack so expected shipping times may vary for large orders. But the buyer will be notified of any delays.

 

Boxes or bubble mailers are the packaging used to provide the most amount of protection to your merchandise.

 

All parts marked as "New" are in new condition. Almost all parts are out of sets that have been parted out straight from the box except for a few from display pieces (No play wear, just possible dust). If any pieces have scratches or marks it is simply from being stored together, but if the scratch or mark is severe we mark it as "Used".

 

If we have insufficient stock we reserve the right to credit, refund, or cancel the order. Cancellations are the last resort, we will most likely perform a refund for the missing piece(s). We will notify you of this before we perform any sort of action.

 

Positive Feedback is left as soon as the order has shipped.

 

Packages Lost in transit will not be refunded unless the buyer purchased insurance. This also applies to damaged packages. If USPS caused it I highly suggest filing a complaint with them as the service I provide ceases once the package is out of my hands.

 

These terms currently apply to international orders as well. But all orders outside of the United States are currently quote only.Last Updated: 8 Jan 2024
